INTRODUCTION - Northern Rockies Training Center Room & Equipment Reservations
Please understand that NRTC is a busy place with a small staff. The staff is happy to provide basic support for the use of rooms and equipment at the facility, however the staff cannot configure the tables and chairs and other preparation work nor can the staff put the room back in order. It is necessary that room users understand and completely fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in the attached document below.
Before submitting a room reservation request: - If unfamiliar with the facility - review the room and equipment information to determine what room(s) will meet your needs. Click on "Room/Equip" in the left panel.
- Check the Calendar to see if your room is available on your desired date. Adjust dates and/or rooms as necessary
- Review the entire document - Procedures for

- Proceed to submit the online room request form.
What happens after submitting the request form: - Your room will not be reserved until your request form is received and processed by NRTC.
- You will receive confirmation when the reservation has been made, typically within 2 full business days.
- If you have not received confirmation you can follow up by sending an email to r1_nrtc@fs.fed.us
- About 1 week before your event an NRTC staff member will be assigned as the NRTC Point of Contact.
