The Northern Rockies Training Center Manager is also the Northern Region (R1) Fire Training Officer. It is in this latter role -- Forest Service only -- that IQCS account requests will be processed by the NRTC Manager. All IQCS account requests for R1 employees must be sent to and approved by the Northern Region (R1) Fire Training Officer.(IQCS home page is HERE) ACCOUNT REQUESTS
(Please be aware that accounts are only established for users who have COMPLETED IQCS training - whether 1-on-1 or classroom.) - A - Instructions to request a role for a new USFS IQCS user.
- B - Instructions to request a new IQCS role for the same organization for an existing IQCS user:
- The user's supervisor should send an email to kortman(at)fs.fed.us requesting the new role in the body of the email.
- That's it - nothing else required.
- C - Instructions to request the same role but for a new organization for an existing IQCS user.
- Follow the instructions ("How to request an account") on this IQCS page for requesting an account.
- The user's supervisor should email the completed IQCS acount request form as an attachment to kortman(at)fs.fed.us. An email from the supervisor will stand in place of a signature on the account request form itself.
NOTE: Please state in the email that this is a request for the same role but for a new organization(s) for an existing IQCS user. - That's it - nothing else required.
