- The "IMOSPT_handout_organizational_models_brief_012611.pdf" document is a shorter, more concise description of the 6 different models the IMOSPT developed as possible ways that Incident Management Organizations could be organized in the future. The 6 are NOT THE ONLY possible models; but, rather, the IMOSPT hoped they represented a broad enough range to spur good discussion and aid in rendering out a final model with broad support.
